Village Hall

By 2008 the Village Hall had fallen into a very poor state of repair so the Parish Council made the decision to take out a Public Works Loan for £53,000 to pay for the Hall to be completely refurbished.  The work was carried out and by the summer of 2009, the Village had the benefit of a much improved Hall, refurbished to a very high standard including new toilets and kitchen together with new flooring and heating.   Since the refurbishment, the new Vilage Hall has become an important centre for the life of the Village.

Further improvements were made in 2013 when secondary double glazing was installed with the help of a grant from Cotswold Conservation Board and support from the Parish Council.   The Management Committee have since improved the heating system, installed a television screen and carried out various maintenance jobs.
